The festival will take place at Rawhide Western Town & Event Center.

March 16, 17 & 18 – Doors will open at 12 noon and event runs till midnight each day.

During the festival, the box office will open an hour before the gates open and will remain open till 10pm each night. It will be located at the south side of the Event Center in the parking lot. Any questions prior to event, please contact info@potofgoldaz.com.

Pot of Gold Music Festival is an all-ages festival. However, we do not recommend that children under the age of 12 attend without parental supervision. All patrons are required to have a ticket.

Only buy tickets from our festival site.
TICKETS
There are no guarantees when buying from third party sites like Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, or any ticket broker site.

Buyers beware: many of these tickets are either already used or are counterfeits.

Also, in the event of a festival cancellation, your tickets will only be refunded when purchased through our festival site.

Make sure to bring your print at home ticket or have your confirmation information on your phone to pick up tickets at will call.
Also, bring your state issued I.D. in case there are any issues with your ticket order or you are consuming alcohol.
Lastly, bring a good attitude and smile. The weekend is going to be a blast! Have fun!

Safety is very important for any event. We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment at Pot of Gold Music Festival. Please be aware that all patrons will have to agree to full body pat-downs, metal detector wanding and bag searches prior to entry into the festival grounds.

Festival parking is available starting at 10am each day for a $10 parking fee.

ADA parking is limited and will be available on a first-come, first served basis with a valid state-issued placard or license plate. ADA Parking has a $10 parking fee.

There will be a designated ADA seating section at this venue. Please email ADA@potofgoldaz.com with any questions.

Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent inside the Event Center or look for a paramedic, police officer or security guard for assistance.

Example: Diabetic insulin

Please identify yourself to security when entering the venue. Security will locate the medical team adjacent to the main entrance and they will assist to store your medicine and provide a secure area for diabetics. All medical prescriptions must match a valid ID. Medical related items (food included) may be brought in if accompanied by a proper doctor’s note and/or prescription detailing the necessity of the item onsite. 

Medical marijuana usage is restricted by law to be consumed/used only at an individual’s residence. It is not permitted on festival grounds in any form.

Safety is very important for any event. We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment at Pot of Gold Music Festival. On-site security and safety personnel will be provided by the Gila River Indian Community Police Department, Fire Department along with a private security company.

There will be no re-entry once you have entered the Festival. Special circumstances always arise and we will make every effort to accommodate a situation that requires you to leave the event. Please contact a security supervisor at the front gate for further assistance.

There will be a Lost & Found station located at the ID check inside the Event Center next to the local band stage.

All Lost & Found items will be moved to the Marquee Theatre on Monday after the Festival.  After the event, you can email lostandfound@potofgoldaz.com to register your lost items.

There will be ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees. Some vendors will accept credit cards.

Typical weather in Arizona during the month of March is beautiful sunny days in the 80’s and mild nights in the 60’s. We have no control over the weather so please be aware that the festival is a RAIN or SHINE event, barring severely inclement weather.
